Administration
In the role as Volunteer Administrator you will be required to adopt a person-centred, non-judgemental approach when dealing with members of the community, other professionals, and local charities and organisations.
Gardening
We are looking for a gardening volunteer to help maintain the garden at one of our services. Your main tasks will involve: General maintenance of gardens, support the team to manage the gardening budget and purchase materials, assist service users with maintaining the garden areas, general administration in relation to gardening duties, grounds maintenance and more.
Housekeeping
maintain the highest possible standards of cleanliness for visitors and user groups at Cheylesmore Community Centre. The types of duties which form part of your volunteer role vary from House to House and can change from day to day.
Maintenance/Handyperson
Cheylesmore Community Centre. This could be a development role for the right person, as it will involve working alongside our experienced Site Manager.
Painting & Decorating
We are looking for caring people with practical skills and experience to carry out light painting and decorating tasks such as: freshening up rooms, painting skirting boards, indoor & Outdoor painting, hanging wallpaper, sanding and more.
