IMPORTANT:

• Self-catering: An additional surcharge applies, based on the number of attendees.
• Parties, weddings and functions: These are charged at the applicable function rates.
• Deposits: All long-term bookings and private functions require a fully refundable deposit to confirm the booking.
• Long-term hire: To qualify for long-term hire rates, groups must be registered as an official Centre User Group.
• User Group Deposit: A one-off refundable deposit of £100 per weekly hour is required:
  • 1 hour per week: £100
  • 2 hours per week: £200
  • 3 hours per week: £300
  • 4 hours per week: £400
  • 5+ hours per week: £500 maximum
• The User Group deposit is retained for the duration of the group’s use of the Centre and is refundable/returnable when the group finishes using the Centre, subject to the Centre’s applicable terms.
