The Centre is a charity and we are extremely proud of the work that has been achieved since 1947 to support our local community. We invest 100% of our surplus back into the centre, either through the development of the building itself, or the services that we provide. We hope to continue to do this good work for many more years to come, and we are grateful for each and every one of you who are able to help us.
There are many ways you can support us, regardless if you are new in the area, or a long-term user of the Centre. Donations are always welcome, but you can help us tremenduously by making some small changes, and at no extra cost to you:
If you are organising a party or a new club, you can book a room with us. We are always happy to hear ideas about new community events, and to offer a space for your special occasions.
If you recently worked with us, you can leave us a positive review or message on Facebook and Twitter. This helps spread the word about us, and helps people decide if they want to use our services in the future.
Did you know you could fundraise for us, just by using a different search engine? If you use http://cheylesmorecc.easysearch.org.uk/ to search for things (instead of, for example, bing or Google) money will automatically be raised for the Centre – and you will not have to pay a penny.
Another way you can fundraise for us without there being an extra cost to you is through your online shopping. If you use the Internet to purchase things – car insurance, groceries, clothing – you can sign up for Easy Fundraising and join our cause. From then on, whenever you make an online purchase, a small comission will automatically be given back to the centre – once again, without an extra cost to you.
Do you have any other ideas about fundraising? Maybe you’re sporty and want to do run a marathon for us? Or you love baking and want to do a sale?
