Tai chi is a system of holistic body movement and gentle exercises based on an understanding of the dualistic nature (yin and yang) of the universe.
Its primary goal is to achieve balance, harmony, tranquillity, and health. By staying balanced and relaxed, both physically and mentally, we won’t be so easily upset by external influences, and can deal with stress and anxiety more effectively.
