WEST Midlands Police have announced they are opening up recruitment for Police Community Support Officers.Each new recruit will join a neighbourhood policing team, which includes police officers and PCSOs, led by a sergeant. This really effective team allows PCSOs to be at the heart of the neighbourhood and dealing with issues that don’t require full policing powers.
